We had a comfortable stay in Newcastle near to all the restaurants in the area, a pub with a live band and access to beaches via light rail...

I recently stayed at the Hamilton On Beaumont in Newcastle for a business trip, and I must say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The property offers a range of recreational opportunities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing outdoor pool. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings. the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. my stay at Hamilton On Beaumont provided me with both comfort and convenience during my business trip.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the misleading address.

It was incredible by the frequent trains passing the nearby crossing. The staff was hospitable here.

it was incredibly comfortable directly opposite a pub that had an outdoor beer garden which they did n't close until after 2am.

The apartment was modern and fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent, as it was close to a variety of amazing restaurants on Beaumont Street and just a short drive away from the beach and shopping centres. We also appreciated the added security of pin codes for access to the rooms.

One aspect we didn't enjoy was the noise from the train station, as we could hear the alarms every time the gate closed for the train to pass. Another downside was that the property was actually located in Islington, not the advertised Hamilton area, and the street door security pad was broken, making it difficult to enter without using the garage entrance.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for myself & 8yr old daughter. Close to John Hunter Hospital. Conveniently located near a Woolworths and other shops. No noise from the pub across the road. Well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Attention to detail was exceptional. Easy-to-use car park machine. Great views and comfort. Recently finished and well-priced. Ideal for small families. Silent rooms and convenient location on Beaumont St. Clean and comfortable room and common areas.

Felt immediately at home, no reason to complain.

No parking offered, difficult check-in for elderly.

The little ones had a blast playing in the brightly colored play area, while we relaxed on the comfy couches nearby. It was a great space for the children to let loose and burn off some energy. The staff even provided toys and games to keep them entertained. A fantastic family-friendly feature!

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated family pool area.

Stayed in a modern apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen. University of Newcastle just a short drive away. Secured parking, free WiFi, and a relaxing visit. Just don't mind the car stacker system!

I absolutely loved struggling to find street parking and paying extra for parking. So convenient!

The room at Hamilton on Beaumont was fantastic! It had a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a shower, and even a washing machine. I felt so comfortable and at home in the individually furnished room, which had air conditioning and a separate sitting area. The kitchen was fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and microwave, and I loved having the option to cook my own meals. Plus, the free in-room WiFi helped me stay connected throughout my stay.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the crockery in the room. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might still find it perfectly fine.

Parking could have been easier.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to cafes and restaurants on Beaumont Street. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are also very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The entry point of the property is a bit confusing, with a broken street door security pad causing inconvenience for guests.

Code access, parking available for small cars. Modern, fully equipped room. Super close to restaurants on Beaumont Street. Short drive to beach and shopping centres. Quiet rooms, secure access with pin codes. Great facility, accessible to train station, shops, eating spots. Well set out unit with everything needed. Helpful staff. Near newsagents, craft, second-hand clothing shops.

The bed was super comfy, the apartment had all the amenities we needed, and the price was reasonable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked, making it perfect for a longer or business stay. It felt more like a private home than a hotel, and the location was great for what we wanted. The secure parking and easy trip to the airport were added bonuses.
